ICPMAT 2014 - UNREGISTERED VERSION

The 9th International Conference on the Physical Properties and Application of Advanced Materials (ICPMAT2014) will be held in Krakow, Poland, from 14 to 18 September 2014. The ICPMAT2014 conference is organized by the “Krakus” Foundation of AGH. The conference is under the scientific patronage of the Faculty of Materials Science and Ceramics, AGH University of Science and Technology. The conference will focus on fundamental and applied research and current developments within physics and materials science, including structural materials, functional materials, advanced characterization techniques and computational materials science.

Conference subjects:

• Structural materials (light metals, steels, deformation, etc.)
  

• Functional materials (superconductors, oxides, ceramics, spintronics, energy-related materials, nanomaterials, etc.)
  

• Advanced characterization techniques (electron microscopy, muon spin spectroscopy, instrumentation etc.)
  

• Computational materials science (finite element methods, density functional theory, MC, etc.)
